These terms govern your use of our member-facing WhatsApp service and informational website.
Membership and access
Our website is informational only. You become a member in person, with society administrators, and not through this website or over WhatsApp.
Once you are a member, you can use our WhatsApp service to check your savings and loan balances, receive deposit confirmations, and receive repayment or arrears notices.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate personal details when you register with us.
- Maintain control of the phone number registered with us.
- Use the account number we issue you only for your own savings and loan payments to the society.
- Keep your phone and WhatsApp account secure to prevent unauthorised viewing of your financial notices.
Savings, loans, and records
- Savings deposits, loan issuance, interest, and repayments are governed by our society rules, which are agreed and held offline.
- Our own records are the authoritative account of what you have saved, borrowed, and repaid.
- A WhatsApp message is a notification, not a statement of account. Where a message and our records disagree, our records govern, and we will correct the error.

Things outside our control
We depend on other companies to reach you. Meta Platforms carries our WhatsApp messages, and Paystack issues your account number and processes your deposits. When their services are unavailable, ours may be too, and we cannot promise that any message will arrive at a particular time.
Termination of service
You may stop using the WhatsApp service at any time by contacting us. Ending your WhatsApp interaction does not automatically close your financial account with the society. Account closure, savings payouts, and loan settlements must be completed offline in accordance with society rules.
Updates to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will publish updated versions on this page or notify you via WhatsApp.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms or the service will be resolved first through direct consultation with our management team at kunle@gboluwaga.com or at our registered address in Lagos State.
